1. These terms

These terms govern your use of Elite Sport Talents (“EST”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By creating an account you accept them, together with the privacy policy. Paid agency services are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

2. What EST is — and is not

• EST is a platform where verified U.S. college coaches discover and contact international student-athletes, plus optional paid services to help athletes through recruiting.
• EST does not guarantee a scholarship, an admission, a roster place or any offer. Those decisions belong to universities and their coaches.
• EST is not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA or NJCAA. Athletic and academic eligibility is decided by those bodies and by the universities, not by EST. Our “GPA equivalent” is an indicative conversion to help coaches, not an official evaluation.

3. Who can use EST

• Athletes must be at least 14. Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian, who must agree before a profile is shown to coaches.
• Coaches must be members of the coaching staff of a U.S. college program. EST verifies this before giving access to athlete data, and may refuse or withdraw verification.
• One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.

4. Athlete profiles

• What you enter must be true: club, level, statistics, grades, test scores. A profile that misleads coaches harms every other athlete on EST.
• EST reviews profiles before publishing them and may ask for evidence, correct factual errors, convert grades, decline, unpublish or suspend a profile.
• Publishing requires your explicit consent to be shown to verified coaches, recorded at submission; under 18, your guardian’s too.

5. Coaches

• Athlete data is available to you only to recruit for your own program. You may not copy, export, share, sell or scrape it, or use it for any other purpose.
• Make first contact with athletes through EST messaging.
• Complying with your association’s recruiting rules — contact periods, evaluation periods, offers — is your responsibility.

6. Messages and conduct

• Be honest and respectful. Harassment, discrimination, pressure, and any request for money are forbidden.
• Conversations involving athletes under 18 can be read by EST staff. Attempts to move a conversation with a minor off EST are flagged and may lead to suspension.
• EST may pause conversations and suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to the content you add (text, photos, documents, video links). You give EST a non-exclusive licence to host it and show it as described in these terms and the privacy policy, for as long as it is on EST. Highlight videos stay on YouTube or Vimeo and are subject to those services’ terms.

8. Paid services

Prices for agency services are shown before purchase. [REFUND AND CANCELLATION TERMS FOR PAID SERVICES] Your rights as a consumer under EU and national law are not affected.

9. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. EST may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where the law requires it.
